Kevin Bryan | Principal, Equnival Partners
As Principal of Equnival Partners, Kevin Bryan is a seasoned leader adept at forging equitable environmental policy through collaboration and advocacy. Over two decades, Kevin has shaped policies mirroring inclusivity, opportunity, and sustainability. His diverse career involves nurturing partnerships across sectors and devising blueprints for policy action, all to catalyze transformative change with an equity focus.
Kevin has experience across many issue areas, ranging from renewable energy and climate policy to public health to federal land management. In his career, Kevin has facilitated the negotiations of a federal commission on wildfire management to develop consensus recommendations to Congress for action; has guided negotiations between companies and environmental organizations to develop federal climate policy recommendations; and has led efforts to secure a presidential directive integrating diversity, equity, and inclusion in federal land agencies. In his current work, Kevin supports dialogue with community leaders, government officials, and the private sector in locations across the country to address local impacts for climate change, energy transition, transportation, and buildings decarbonization.
Outside of Equnival, Kevin advises groups on embedding equity and justice in programs, championing diverse environmental career pathways for young leaders. He is also a member of the Earthwatch Institute’s Board of Trustees. Kevin is based in Washington, D.C.

Liana Quiñones
Consultant at Equnival Partners
Passionate about the intersection of communities, science, and policy, Liana enjoys working collaboratively with a wide range of stakeholders to foster meaningful solutions. Currently, Liana facilitates and manages several collaborative environmental efforts amplifying justice, equity, diversity, and inclusion through community-led policy outcomes.
Liana began her facilitation/mediation career at Meridian Institute and the Association for Conflict Resolution where she worked on issues ranging from sustainable fisheries solutions, deforestation-free supply chains, and climate resilience. Previously, she worked in environmental consulting at the Spanish company Factor as well as in science communication and fisheries conservation at the Smithsonian Environmental Research Center. Her diverse array of experiences has amplified her zeal for environmental collaboration.
Outside work, you can find Liana seeking inspiration from art and nature, sipping tea, and tending to her houseplants.
